Bathrooms are disgusting and completely out of soap and paper towel. When I informed an employee, they rolled their eyes and walked away. Maybe don't get food at an establishment that people clearly can't wash their hands at.
Clean and good fish my snack place
I visited Culver’s on June 15 at approximately 7:00 PM and was disappointed with my experience. The rewards app was not working, and I was supposed to receive a free drink through the app. When I asked about it, I was told that because the system wasn’t working, the discount could not be applied. What frustrated me was that there didn’t seem to be any effort to provide an alternative solution, even though the issue was with the system and not the customer.
