Outback used to be one of my favorite chain restaurants. But the quality of the food has really gone downhill. The last 2 or 3 times I've been there the soups have been cold when they come out, they're using inferior ingredients and frankly, the steak I had this time was all gristle and tough. It was a ribeye. Ribeyes should never be tough. I have to say I will hesitate to go there again. It's too expensive to eat out and not get better quality.
