The food is never the problem at Culver's. It's the way the staff handles mobile orders that is. Curbside pickup is nonexistent here. You get a text or prompt in the app to tell them you're there so that they can come out to bring the food. There is a description of the car in the app as well. We waited for about 10 minutes for our order to be brought out and ended up having to go in and see that the food was just sitting there while the staff conversed.
