Ordered drive through at 8:45pm. Sat for close to 15 minutes. Three burgers, all were cold. Drinks had no ice and were warm. Cheese curds were ice cold and so were the fries. I never write reviews but felt that this was a worthy scenario.
We've given this location over a dozen chances but are left unsatisfied more often than not. This last time was the worst and why I will drive the extra 10 miles to the Lino Lakes location for now on. Ordered our food for two people and waited 35-40 minutes for it to arrive to our table. Service has always been slow at this Culvers if you go during normal lunch or dinner times but we could've gone to a sit down restaurant instead.
