Extremely rude staff was yelling at a gentleman today who never got his drive thru order brought out. Of course he's complaining, you failed. Apologize and take care of him, don't yell at him and act like you all didn't just pull old food out from behind a register 5 minutes after telling him you don't have an order. Disgusting treatment by your staff
This was 4 stars until today. I spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru for an ice cream they never brought. When I went inside and asked for a manager I got publicly shamed and yelled at by a gal at the first register. I really did a good staying composed, unlike your staff. They'll probably remember the guy who walked out silently while being yelled at 8/20/2025 @ 1:20pm
Floor was really slippery
I wish we had these on the west coast. The frozen custard is outstanding!
