My girlfriend waited for WHO KNOWS HOW LONG (40+ minutes) just for a couple of items. She was desperately waiting in her car because of a stupid mistake of losing her order 😡. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?? This thorn in her day made her lose precious time of studying for her finals that are coming up. Now she needs to find some spare time in another day to catch up on the time she lost. Yummy butter burgers, crinkle fries, cold soft drinks and delicious chocolate (or vanilla) custard ... Their crispy chicken sandwiches are amazeballs!! Highly recommend along with the yummy cheese curds !! Staff was friendly and made sure the food was hot and fresh when the order came up! One guy was on it doggone it when my order was ready he got it to me pronto! Thank you West Side Culver's!
Went to get ice cream for my kids - said they were backed up on ice cream- sent us to wait - 20 minutes for 2 single scoops and a chocolate shake. Went up to the window because I couldn’t go in because the little Kids can’t be left alone and one employee is eating an ice cream leaned up against the drive thru counter - so ice cream isn’t on a back up after all. Got a refund. Disappointed kids. This place is run by kids and it shows . We’re at sonic now.
Always pleasant employees, always hot and freshly made food, and oooh the custard!! It's also great to have grilled chicken and veggie burgers on the menu - and - there are excellent!!!
