My family loves Culver’s. Really good food and it’s always fresh. We come here probably once a week. With that being said, the reason we come back again and again is the service and consistency! We have ordered takeout from this location probably close to 100 times over the years…I can’t remember a single time the order has ever been anything but perfect. The staff works hard and it shows in the quality of the food and service! Highly recommend!
We waited 15 minutes outside for our food that came with the wrong thing. Then we waited 20 more minutes and had to go in and get our meal. No help! incompetent help! It wasn't crowded! Never been to this location b4 will never go back!
Worst service and food 3x in a row. One of the cook in the back was cursing out loud and another was on their phone. Not sure that’s sanitary. This location the dining room is always dirty. My order was wrong 3x and my sandwich looked like a little kid made it.
As a whole, I am very forgiving for minor mistakes.. humans make mistakes sometimes but honestly this was not acceptable. I ordered a fried pickle pub burger meal (listed as a double on the receipt) and this is what I received. It was picked up about 30 minutes before they closed, so I get it… I don’t make it a habit to go that close to close if I can help it.
