Great food and service.
I love Culver's but not this location. Don't waste your time. Poorly managed all around. I found a dragonfly wing in my chicken sandwich and I have waited 20 minutes (twice now) for a single scoop of vanilla custard in the drive through line. Lots of training issues going on here. I've been to over a dozen different Culver's restaurants and this is by far the worst I have ever been to.
To Matt the manager may 30th 6:15 pm Just ordered a pub burger the guy up charged me for my curds when I mlwanted my fries sub for curds but put curds as my side still charging me for the fries and not giving me fries then I take a bite of my burger and had a bunch of hair in it. I complained and didn't want either of our meals bc now we are discussted the ppl handling the food didn't have hairnets on and the manager Matt white guy small build glasses kinda dorky looking told me he could only refund the burger for a 32$ meal... read more
