Good custards. Disappointed with the fact that on the back of the receipt there is info about a survey with a free cone. Unfortunately, no survey code was provided to complete the process. Very disappointing.
Went in today for a pickup order and it was complete madness behind the registers. Nobody seem to know what they were doing. I ordered a frozen custard which they gave it to me watery and didnt notice until I left. Second when I got home all my 4 meals I bought for my family all the burgers were smashed and all the bread soggy. All the pops were flat. The grilled chicken sandwich was moist and tasty, but made upside down. Also, the mashed potatoes are indeed bland like many others say. However, their custard is so friggin good. You can refreeze it for later. The staff were friendly and quick. Tip: Be careful of the pickup exit where cars will zip by recklessly.
