I went through the drive through, ordered food and asked for my ice cream while I waited. I was told that the policy is you have to wait for it to come out with your food so the line doesn't back up. This is astonishing to me since all they're doing is putting ice cream in a cup. Never has any other Culver's told me this or treated me this way. $15 for a mediocre (food, service, atmosphere) double burger and small custard is ridiculous. Needless to say, won’t be back. Do better Culver’s!!!!
