Every time I stop here I regret it. Over years since it opened, consistently unexplainable slow service. Always seem to be out of something. Ordered a drink and french fries, took over 10 minutes with only three customers around. At least once they apologized, but did nothing to address it. My usual Culver's on 71st Street is excellent.
