I have been in several of these places and have always been pleased. The service was great, the food was good, and the root beer is always good. We were in a rush to get to Bible class, and they got our food out quickly, correctly, and tasted good!
New chicken sandwiches are pretty good. Went right at the beginning of lunch was not busy
Burger arrived with no top bun which was odd. The onions on the burger were visibly expired, very soft and visibly old. Went back through drive through to ask for a bun. Will not return.
Drive through took nearly 30 minutes... Weren't that many cars even. Reading the previous reviews this is a poorly run Culvers. Slowest Culver's I've ever been too and I've been to over a dozen. Got home and noticed my mushroom swiss burger was missing the mushrooms.... ....Update... Sunday night 845 order for three in drive thru. Went very well and not long wait. Disgusting. Cashier at drive thru wearing germ infested dirty contaminated gloves touching dirty money and the concrete around the window a s surfaces on the counter and then makes peoples drinks and contaminates the cups, straws, and lids. Supervisor walks around seeing him doing it. I called supervisor outside while waiting for food to discuss the issue. He said I will coach him on that.
