Ordered a concrete, handed me a melted pool of whatever this is. Not impressed! I even asked, they said it melted when they added the toppings. I got a straw so I could drink my concrete🤪
Plenty of staff..... 1 Shake requested, sat and watched six employees standing around in the front alone..... finally had to approach and ask why it's taking 10 minutes for a shake with 5 and 6 employees standing in front. Then the proceeded to turn around grab a medium shake instead of the large that I requested..... he said it was rung up as a medium and I simply said okay and walked out.
