Very welcoming atmosphere, food was nice and hot/fresh! Staff was very friendly and kept everything clean!

I'm pretty disappointed in my local Culvers. They were so great when they opened. Tonight, I asked for a scoop of the flavor of the day and received plain vanilla. When I asked what the fod was, I was told what I thought it was (double caramel with pecans). This was clearly vanilla. The runner gal said they would remake it. She came right back out and said that what I was given WAS the flavor of the day. Then, finally, with my dumbfounded look asked if I wanted it remade with more toppings?
