This Culver’s location has great food! I noticed a lot of negative reviews made around 7/2/26, I was at the location that evening around 7 pm (trying to miss the dinner rush) and it was packed with out of towners on their way up north for the holiday weekend. I actually left and came back after 8 pm and it was still really busy. All the fast food places in Alma were very busy that evening. We were at the Alma Culvers July 2 2026. Stood there 15-20 minutes holding 4 tubs of frozen melting custard. Then finally a worker told us we are not taking any more food orders but we can check you out for these. Then he left the counter. Another worker at the counter said I can help who is next and placed a food order for that customer. We left the custard tubs on the counter and left the store. We have no plans to ever return to the Alma MI Culvers again. If I could i would give negative stars
This was our first experience at Culver’s in this location. I witnessed people walking out, complaints on waiting. Definitely not managed well. A lot of standing around by staff and looking lost. We did not even enjoy our food, which part of our order was not in the bag after a 45 minute wait. The food did not taste fresh either. There was only one employee that seemed helpful and sorry(older dark haired lady) and she didn’t even take my order. This location needs some help sorry. It’s definitely not up to Culver standards.
