Idk why I even tried. 20 kin waiting in drive through for a single burger just ketchup. As well as charged me wrong for my meal. Made me oat for other person meal. Ordered 3 meals, paid almost $50 just for everything to be wrong. Meals came with nothing on them, plain. Not how they was ordered. Asked for some tomato on the side, and well I expected more. Maybe another location listens better. Will not return to this one.
Employee was super nice but food quality was pretty bad. Im usually a steak n shake girl so maybe this is the standard? I think im not missing out. Took lettuce off cause it looked like it would make me sick.
Drive through custard trip. Custard was okay. I got the chocolate shake and it initially was wayyyy too sweet. Way to much chocolate syrup. Disgustingly sweet. I had her make it over again, which she did and didnt seem to have an issue with. The second one was still very sweet, but better. My son and daughter got mint something or other shakes.
