Ordered two chocolate shakes through the drive-through. This is the second time it’s happened instead of having me wait at the window pull up then they wait and bring out the food to the orders that have even come after you. I went in and asked where the shakes were. The answer was we’re busy inside. If I could give a zero today, I would.
Been living around the area for a while and, went to the Culver’s down the street a lot and the manager, hi in Trever has been rude to me ever since, he told me that someone stole a key from the vending machine one day and said I was with the group that did it didnt even think to check the cameras, and verbally tressed me from coming up again, never had a problem before this. Very rude and unprofessional, and this definitely should be addressed..
