Today I ordered the specialty coco puffs concrete mixer after looking up what all comes in it, and also got a chocolate malt for my fiancé-his usual. What we received was a vanilla concrete mixer with coco puffs in it, and a vanilla malt with chocolate syrup on top. I used to work in the service industry so I get that improvising is common when issues arise. I’m suspecting their chocolate machine was giving them issues? I'm out of town working and went to my old standby Culver's. The service was top notch. They were on time to the counter and smiling and conversational. A lot of places you go into the cashier couldn't care less. This crew seems to care. They're bright and cheery and attentive. And took my order correctly. Verified it with me, showed me the bag that was correct and thanked me and I was impressed
