When they first opened the customer service was amazing, the people were friendly and eager to provide a good experience. Lately, the employees at drive thru have not been pleasant, their attitude is poor, and they are not friendly and don't try to hide it. The food prep has gone down as well. I ordered a deluxe burger and the pictures below do not do justice to how poorly it was prepared. Not sure what changed but this location needs additional training and retraining regarding customer service.
