Very clean, great customer service
Ordered a 4 piece chicken tender basket, large chili a root beer and a small pumpkin shake - 39.00 +. I like the food and the customer service but it seems that this Culvers is following the Publix business model by gouging the customer no matter the result. Be very careful, your prices could jeopardize all you have worked so hard to achieve. I'll think twice the next time my wife and I are looking for a quick meal.
This place owes me about $15 worth of bacon at this point for the amount of times I paid for it on my burger and they didn't add it. Food tastes good but if you're ripping me off every time it certainly leaves a bad taste.
This store is getting pretty bad. Service sucks. Spicy crispy chicken sandwich was just that. No lettuce, pickles, mayo. Nada, nothing, zilch. Just chicken on a bun. If you need to nickle and dime people for lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cheese, then you can stick your food where the sun don't shine. Fix your damn ice machine. It's been broke for over a year now. Getting ice from behind the counter is like pulling teeth. Poor service. Greedy ownership.
