Like several people I’ve read on here, I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep returning, but almost every time I’m disappointed- today being the worst experience- not only the food but specifically the Customer Service. Culver’s is a convenience drive for us, with littles and it being close by we often times choose this spot, because when they make it right (very rarely) it’s good. Cold as outside, inside! Cold biscuits. Mash and "gravy" sparce ! Fish was good and slaw.
Been there twice at the drive thru and both times I waited at least 30mins only to get the wrong order. Definitely won't be back!!
