The service and food quality is disgusting often cold or frozen custard hasn’t been fresh anytime I have been there and none of the cooks were wearing hair nets anytime I went in. Employees are rude. Floors are dirty and it’s never really clean none of the tables or eating areas are cleaned. The managers are unhelpful and rude. I also witnessed a manager/cook yelling at a young girl for not knowing how to do something while she was trying to say she was new and still training. Foods good. Next time though, I'll probably order online ahead of time instead of going through the drive thru Waited about 25 minutes for my food.
Custard had clearly been sitting in a freezer and was not fresh. There was no caramel or fudge on it, considering the flavor of the day was caramel fudge cookie dough. 2 pieces of cookie dough on top, and not even a full dish of custard. I’d give this a zero if I could.
