Just great food, all the time. My wife and I have had burgers, fish dinners, and sometimes just a custard treat. You're always greeted with a smile. And the food is fantastic.
Not very good with timing on online orders. Frozen custard seems to be made when the order is place even though the food is 15 minutes away. If you ask for the custard to be remade, your food gets cold. When I worked in restaurants, timing was 90% of the skill set. This Culvers lacks this most important skill.
And threw their drive-thru got put in a pickup spot and sat there for 20 minutes. Had to call them to ask if they had forgotten about me and they had. It's the only poor experience I've ever had at a culvers. I sure hope it was an honest mistake
