I was happy to have a Culver’s near by. But this location needs a lot of work. Drive through ALWAYS takes a long time. Typically over 10 mins for a sandwich and fries. One time I ordered 2 sandwiches and a kid’s meal and that took almost 30 mins. I avoid ordering burgers after 7pm because I’ve gotten old patties that have been left out to dry instead of the fresh made ones that they claim. Hopefully management can fix this.
I need to understand WHY it’s so difficult to make sure your customers order is complete before you hand it over. Is it particularly challenging to count out the number of items in an order? They’re listed out right on the receipt! Tonight not only did I have to tell them that they never brought out the sundae that was ordered, I get home and they forgot to put the fries in the bag. This is now the 5th time I’ve had this problem at this location. For God’s sake, where is the quality control. Zero stars if I could.
