I usually love Culver’s, but this visit was incredibly disappointing. We were the only ones in the restaurant, yet it still took 23 minutes to get our food. There were about seven employees in the kitchen, just standing around talking and joking, with no urgency and no manager in sight. We eventually had to walk up to the counter to check on our food, and even then, we waited. They said they were short-handed, but it didn’t look that way at all.
