I went to Culver’s today and after eating part of my cheeseburger I realized it was raw and not all the way done. I spoke to a girl named Cici on the phone, she was very nice and understanding and when I went back they made me a new one. The service is amazing and the people are so so nice but they need to make sure they are serving quality food as well.
Great customer service. No other fast food compares.
They forgot my cheese curds.
