New Owners and Management have put this place on a downhill slide. I love placing a on-line order, arrive 15 minutes after the order is supposed to ready, stand at the counter for 10 minutes (looked at by every employee in the place, and not even acknowledged), finally greeted, and find my order is NOT ready. Wait another 10 minutes, finally get my order, get home and find out it's wrong. Call to speak to the Manager, and get told "he's to busy." This is not the first time this has happened. Placed an online order adding a cup of cheese which I paid extra for. It is showing on the receipt but was not included in my order. When I called to complain, the associate that answered the phone tried to get the manager but Pedro was too busy screwing up other people's orders This used to be the best Culver's in the area. Not sure what has changed but I will be going to Schererville Indiana more often
