Everything was hot and fresh, as ordered.
The usual environment. Butter burger is always good.
I placed an order: grilled chicken basket ONLY lettuce, cheddar cheese & pickles(extra) I got home it had tomatoes & mayonnaise which I don’t eat that’s why I said: ONLY Per a manager Brianna I should have said NO tomatoes & NO mayonnaise. She also questioned me about the details of the cashier so that she can have a talk with her. I feel Culver’s should inform all staff & they should have a way of identifying/determining who the cashier was. She asked me to bring the sandwich in the next day for a replacement.
Came in to the dining room to eat in around 8 or 8:30 p.m. Was not greeted by young woman at counter when I came in. Stood there several minutes waiting on husband and reading menu. Several people in the kitchen being loud and throwing things at each other. When he came in and we went to the counter she greeted us. Took our order. Pleasant enough. Another girl was wiping trays.
