I had a great experience at Culver’s! The custard was incredibly smooth and delicious. Definitely a highlight of my visit. The overall experience was very enjoyable.
Food was cold. Ordered thru drive thru, drove home 1 mile to eat. My fish sandwich wasn't even luke warm and the coating on the fish was soggy. Very disappointed. Following is a different visit: when I ordered, the associate said food would be ready in 5 seconds. I figured it wasn't going to be fresh then, and it wasn't. Burgers were disappointing, fries were not fresh. When I mentioned to the owner that the food wasn't good she offered to give me coupons to return...that was decent of her.
