Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for 3 burgers. Could have sat down at Duffys and eaten quicker. Never coming back to this location ever again. Run by 15yr olds and 80yr olds.
Much better managed. Food was as expected in a good way. The service is all kids with good manners trying to do things right. It was a busy night. They did it very good.
Waited on line to order for 20 minutes and 15 to get order. Got 2 shrimp orders with NO sauce, cold mashed potatoes and someone else’s broccoli, which was cold and overcooked - threw it away.
Legitimately waited 45 mins for a burger and fries the other night. Update: two years later and nothing has changed. This shouldn't be surprising given that Debbie Naylon is still the franchisee. Attitude, tone, and work ethic all come from the top and it's clear that she just doesn't give a _____. Culver's Corporate doesn't care either. There's another Culver's about 4 miles from here that is incredibly well run and staffed by friendly people. Go there instead- they are vastly more deserving of your money than Debbie is.
