The owner of this Culver's is an elderly woman named Debbie who I've personally witnessed being rude and unprofessional towards both customers and her staff. It's especially very unfortunate that she treats her staff the way she does as they are a wonderful, hardworking team of people there. As much as I love Culver's food and especially their concrete mixer, unfortunately Culver's makes too many mistakes. This time, I ordered delivery thru Uber and I even asked the driver to make sure not to forget the mixer. Well I ordered it with peanut butter and cookie dough but received it with strawberries instead. I am allergic so I can't even eat it and Uber doesn't think that's a good enough reason for a refund so I'm stuck paying for a concrete mixer I can't eat.
