I took my two Grandchildren to Petoskey location yesterday. I ordered something I had never ordered, and didn't realize there was no sauce. I went back to the counter and asked for a package of mayo. The kid behind the counter told me I had to pay for mayonnaise! I brought my food back and and asked for a refund because I refuse to pay for something even a gas station will give for free. very confusing for mobile orders, was told to pull up and waited in line for almost 30 minutes and was almost handed the wrong food. by the time we got our food it was cold. definitely not coming back.
