Have never had a bad experience at a Culvers. Always good food a friendly service.
Tonight we had a curbside order. We arrived, and put that we were there. 30 minutes go by waiting for our food, nothing. I decided to go in and see what the issue was. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, until then, not one person had looked at me. I explained to the worker what was going on, and they said that they haven’t even started our order.
