It's really disappointing because this used to be one of the best go-to burgers in my area. Over the past few months things have declined significantly. Every time you go to order it sounds like the other person is half asleep and now they can't even provide what you asked for in the order. Incompetence has taken over this place and I can no longer recommend it at all.
Took my son there today and the young man at the front desk was very nice to him. My 3 year old had lots of questions about his headset that he had on and he took the time out to talk to him and even gave him a little cheese burger plushy. Food was great and super great service!
Love the double butter burger. Custard is always good. Service is a joke. No one older than high school waiting and managing. Joking foul language. It’s a give take. This generation is ruining it for everyone.
