Amanda Braml called me after filing a formal complaint asking to know what my problem with the store was, thereafter hanging up on me when I was incensed detailing all the ways in which the restaurant has been falling short for at least the last 5 years which invariably led to loss for my family and inedible dinners dozens of times.
