Couldn't eat our burgers. Soon as we open the container their was a bad odor
Best frozen custard ever!
The cashier at the window was very rude and acted like it was a bother to take our order. Then she got snotty and told me to appreciate people who give us our food then proceeded to slam the window. All I said was I couldn't hear on the speaker. Then to make matters worse we ordered fish dinners which usually come with three pieces and we got two. We have been to the other Culvers many times and they are wonderful. I will not go to this location again!
Awful experience. Staff was getting yelled at around customers, one staff member rolled her eyes at me as she walked by, and another sternly said, "get off" to my son as he stood on the rug in front of the drink station, filling his cup. Absolutely unacceptable service.
Pulled up around 5:30pm and the drive thru was busy. Very impressed with how fast the service was. I got through the line within 10 minutes! The meal only cost $11. The butter burger was hot & fresh, tasted great and the coleslaw was good. I was happy to stop here while traveling...instead of spending extra money at a sit down restaurant! Definitely a great stop for dinner.
