We pulled into this Culver’s in Ammon, Idaho to order 2 small chocolate shakes and 1 small vanilla cup inside. Imagine waiting over 30 minutes for this order. My husband and our 2 kids patiently waited across the cashiers at the front bar/counter tables in full sight of multiple staff members—at one point, 3 of whom sat in the dining area around them—with no one touching base with them to inform them of why our small order was taking so long to make or simply acknowledge their presence.
