This is a fantastic family friendly environment that feels like home. When you walk in, everyone cares about you, holds a door open for you, and makes sure that you're feeling happy. The owner is such a sweetheart. She will sit down, have a meal with, listen to your story, and just make you feel loved. Needs a little work to be up to par for the reputation of a normal Culver's. The food was subpar and very greasy. The staff was friendly though. The cheese curds were on point, but no sauces were given or even offered.
The guest service was absolutely amazing! People would come to our table to ask how our day was, and they also welcomed us as we came in. The atmosphere was packed, but as great as a restaurant could be. The food was legendary, the fries could be better, and the cheese curd bites are an absolute MUST HAVE!
My friend told me Culver's was good. I could not believe how delicious it was! The burger was really good. Much better quality than most places. I will be coming back!
