Visited on 8/24 and spent $41.83 on one of the worst fast-food experiences ever. We waited over 38 minutes for our food while multiple employees just stood around doing nothing and the restaurant full of unhappy patrons. To make matters worse, the cashier rang in an M&M Oreo shake instead of the Mint Oreo we asked for, and by the time it finally arrived, it was completely melted. I took my 12 yr old, hungry daughter, we ordered a cheeseburger kids meal, which comes with a scoop of custard ice cream, that she was able to customize toppings. After our meal/ dine in experience, she tmstated her meal & experience was, 'better than Texas Roadhouse!'. There's Fanrastic customer service, & meal experience!! Great Atmosphere, warmth thee BEST managers & owner!
I really want to like this place, but they didn't get it done today. Sloooooow as molasses. Seriously, two hamburgers and fries take 15 minutes plus?!!?! What's going on here? Plenty of workers, all just hanging out by the ice cream machines. Water tastes like dirt. They just told an old guy they ran out of whatever he ordered (it's like 6:30 p.m.). They seem to just be working the drive through lane and abandoning the dining room. Disappointed.
Food is great. Sadly their soda machine is broken. Drinks come out warm.
