15 mins on a Sunday at 2pm with literally no one ahead of me. Did not expect it to take that long for them to get my order out. It was just 2 sandwiches btw.
Horrible service. Stopped here as we were passing through. My daughter tried to use the restrooms twice and 2 employees were in the bathroom the entire time playing on their phones, taking the stalls. So she was not able to use the bathroom. We ordered 2 kids meals and one burger. That’s it. It took 30 minutes to get our food. Then, they forgot one kids meal. So we had to wait another 10 minutes to get that. Would never go back.
When I visited this location, I counted approximately 11 employees working. From what I observed, only 5 appeared to be actively working: the drive-thru employee, two cooks, someone I could barely see m the back and one employee bringing orders out. The remaining employees seemed to be standing around talking with each other instead of helping customers. I had placed my order ahead of time for pickup.
