Although I love Culver's most of the time I'm grabbing the house a quick dinner so I use the app and Curbside. I've experienced this 4 times in a row the last 4 visits I had at the Milton location I've checked in and waited over 30 to 45 minutes to get my order. Once I walked in to get it. No ice left in drinks due to have been sitting in the restaurant for 30 minutes watering down, fries cold and buns soggy. This location was great when they first opened but has taken a drastic downhill turn in recent months. Curbside orders give an expected time of 5 minutes but you will sit there for 20 minutes for food that is not fresh, custard that is melted and drinks that are watered down. If you order condiments you probably won't get them and don't even think about getting a napkin with your order.
