Arrived and was standing in line. The cashier says "Can I help whoever is ready?" So someone behind me jumps ahead and proceeds to take 5 minutes to order because they were not ready. Then when I did order, the food was never brought out. After 20 minutes, we had to go ask for it. Someone had put it in the refrigerator. All in all, a bad experience. Please train your people to say, " Can I help the next person in line?"
Short staffed. Long waits. Incorrect to go orders.
When your job is solely to pack up food and get it out the door, pretty bad when you can't get that right. Is there no SOP in business anymore? Nobody double checks their work anymore? Ordered only 6 things and they couldn't get it right? :Insert eyeroll:
