Every table was dirty. Bathrooms filthy. One useable toilet. And it was 2:50 pm. After lunch. Before dinner. There’s a lull. Trash all over the floor throughout the place. I asked for something to wash the table off because no one cleared the table. Someone up front pointed me to the rags on the garbage bins to do myself. I’ve never been to such a disgusting Culver’s.
We were on a road trip and decided to stop here and grab food, first thing was some lady working on the custard machine starts yelling and bitching for some reason, then proceeded to call peoples order numbers when they were ready.. I thought you were supposed to take it to their table? Then they have some slow lady bagging orders, and there’s SIX orders on the screen for her to pack. Waited 30 minutes for my order just to get the wrong food. Don’t go here
I live in Illinois and go to Culvers quite often. Im up in Michigan visiting family and got in very late. My sister and I stopped and got a snickers concrete and a warm Carmel concrete. Customer Service was great, they were very busy, but wait time was good. Our cost was a little over 11.00 We drove away and started eating our concrete. I hate to say it, but they were so bad. My snickers tasted so stale and almost like they had gone bad and my sisters concrete tasted like the Carmel was scorched. Sadly, we took 2 bites each ... read more
Completely disappointed. Waited in line for 12 minutes and then an additional 15 for food. We ordered (4) pc chicken tenders with boom boom sauce (2) single burger baskets, one was made a meal with a large fry and ordered the 99¢ cheese to dip them. After all that, our fries we not hot, there was No Cheese (that we paid for) and no boom boom sauce.
