Awful - stopped on the way home knowing Culver’s is usually a better experience and food. Waited 30 minutes after ordering for 2 kids meals and a shake. Then given shake without a straw and they kids were missing their ice cream token off the bags. Worst part is stuck in car for another hour and a half to get home. All around horrendous.
I enjoyed eating here. Good food, service, and atmosphere. Culver's is pricier than I like, but the things I just mentioned help to make up for it.
