Took forever, left without our food at 30 minutes, no refund
I live in West Branch and I will never eat here again. Numerous times I have had a 45 minutes wait. On my last and final visit, my family and I waited in the drive thru for an hour. We watch a family enter, order eat and leave while we waited on our food with one car ahead of us the entire time. I became so anger that I went inside to get a refund and get food else were. I was then offered my food that had been bagged and waiting on the counter for who knows how long but had never been brought out. I got our refund, declined... read more
Good food but always a long long wait. I'm sure the franchise is aware of this. Normally 30 or more minutes for drive through. this problem has forced me to choose some other fast food franchise most of the time.
