I had a terrible experience with another restaurant before coming to this location. I was not in a good mood and Jack, whilst laid back, was extremely helpful with attitude, accommodations and explaining the menu(first time). The food was surprisingly fresh, tasty, and didn't take too long to prepare. Too expensive for fast food but still good.
The service is not the greatest, and when they mess an order up, they didn't correct it. They took a long time to get our food as well.
