I was disappointed with my butterburger tonight. I was most disappointed with the condition of the dining area and the condiment station needed to be cleaned. 2 of the 3 ketchup dispensers were empty. Sticky liquid and crumbs were all over the area. No where to set the drink down to put the lid on that wouldn't have Sticky stuff on the cup. No wonder they aren't as busy as when they first opened.
The service was very slow.
