This place is insane. Super friendly staff, fast, super clean, and tastes great! I'm from New England where we don't have these so I figured I'd try it out while in Chicago, glad I did.
Great food and excellent service. Staff work really hard and they ate very nice. I enjoyed my meal
This truly IS the worst Culver’s in the entire state of Illinois. Maybe Wisconsin too. 0 customer service and it will take 30 minutes minimum for you to get your food. Idk if it’s the owners that are bs or the managers or their hiring practices or what. It all needs to be fixed
Worse service I ever had to deal with unprofessional and workers this store needs better customer service.
