I can see from reading the reviews that the customer service has been horrible for many and appears to be the culture of this restaurant. The management and team members at this location need to receive extensive training in customer service. It is unbelievable that this restaurant carries the Culver's name - I am totally appalled with the rudeness and disrespect exhibited during three of my visits.
