We've visited three times since moving to the area last year thinking maybe it's just who's working at the time... But every single time we have ordered (and typically the exact same thing each time) they don't mess it up just once but twice!! It was just ok. Or maybe I just had higher expectations. The milk shakes were pretty good but in my honest opinion, it's a higher priced Steak and Shake. With no better quality.
