Tracie and her team are outstanding. We have used the property management division of her company for several years now. What a stress reliever to know our rental properties are in such capable hands. She handles our tenants so much better than we ever did. We hired Tracie five years ago for Homeaway when we travel between our properties. When we were looking for someone, out of the 5 other companies we contacted, she was the only one who called us back immediately. She is always very professional and keeps us informed about anything with our home. We highly recommend her!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this property management company. Due to serious safety concerns and damage caused by a former co-tenant, I no longer felt safe in the home. Management was unwilling to work with me on adjusting the lease, even given the situation. I expected more professionalism and support.
