Totally impressed – I have been going to the dealer for service and repair, they charge too much and treated me like another number, then i asked a friend for a good repair place for my mercedes, he directed me to your shop, at first i was worried about going to a shop other than the dealer, from the first greeting and the way you handled the repair from start to finsh i was totally impressed, the free loaner was a plus. Thank you my car is running great and i did not feel like i had to take out a loan for the repairs. Lance

Place is a dump! – I took a friend to the shop to have car checked out, The owner/manager must have been having a bad day ! He was a total freak! I mean really, who charges a customer for a after work is performed check? Never heard of that before!!!!! Very expensive they werent busy at all and I hoped by us taking the car there we would be able to get a better deal but no such luck!!!!!

Very reliable and good to work with! – I have been going to Culver Automotive since 2002, first with an old Honda Passport and now with a Subaru Outback. Dmitri has always taken good care of my cars and understands that I have a limited budget. He usually offers options, such as "you can do A and B now, and wait to do C." He has provided a loaner car at no cost, and has my car ready when promised. He's responsive by phone and does not talk down to me like other mechanics have in the past. Horrible Horrible Service – The owner of Culver Automotive Dimitry Kamar is a rip-off artist. He charged $120 for a computer diagnostic.He said that the $120 was to be applied to future recommended repairs. The next time I came back expecting to have a $120 credit he charged me $190!!! for AN OIL CHANGE!!! WTF??? I refused to pay and he basically says call the cops you have no proof. He was right, he was careful not to write anything down. This guy is a worm! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

An honest repair shop? – I took my Jeep to Dimitri @ Culver Tire automotive for a dent removal and painting. He gave me a quote that was considerably lower than some of the others I had received and explained exactly what they would be doing. He told me that it would take a couple of days and provided me with a loaner free of charge. I found that the work was exceptional and the service was first rate.
