I made a special order in the store after I stood around waiting for the owner to stop watching his computer. The owner is very knowledgeable regarding horses and boots if you can get him to acknowledge you. Always on the computer. He took my special order and my money- too high, but I needed the items quickly. 2 months later, nothing. Once being told that he will call. These things take time ( bull)! I bought a pair of cowboy boots for my son. Within a week, black paint was flaking off the back of the shoe and it was cracking inside. I returned to the store, but the manager refused to give a refund. He blamed it on the way my son had walked in the shoes. After one week, you have got to be kidding me! Described the shoes to another store that has a better selection of cowboy boots in Anderson. The reason people don't get their stuff from here is because the owner of the store employees drug addics killers and thieves. Almost no one has worked there in the past 6 years did their job. But they always had their hand out for their paychecks come payday. The store owner Love to stir up trouble. And then when his trouble comes he ignores it. One star is just way too much. Don't waste your money portrays themselves as a legit business & corporation only to find out this is a 3 man company with the owner drunk everytime you call and screaming children in the background things are way over priced and never arrive in a decent time frame . F rating with BBB.

I had a aweful experience with this company..... I ordered two Christmas presents that I just got three days ago, and that was ok, only when I opened the box... I just sit and cried.... Four days until Christmas and what a mess I had... I ordered a white parade riffle that my nephew wanted for Christmas ... On the web-site it looked very nice.... Actually.one Star is Too much for these people. They have my Money for over 2 months, cannot deliver a hat that was advertized in their Web site. Do Not answer Emails. If you Don' t have anything better to do with your money, here's a place where you can see it sink and never see it again.
