I would give 6 stars if possible. John is extremely thorough and communicative. He clearly takes his work very seriously and is dedicated to allow brewers like myself get a clearer understanding of the chemical breakdown in my brews, in an affordable way. After being quoted tens of thousands of dollars from other labs (not dedicated to fermentation analysis), it was a game changer to be introduced to John and Cultured Analysis. We get certificates of analysis from Cultured Analysis and it's always easy to request testing, accurate and a fast turn-around-time for results.
This was my first kombucha analysis experience and it was a delight to work with Lauren and John. Their process was easy-to-follow, thorough, clear and a great value.
