Went in a few weeks ago, was met by a very nice red haired woman. She helped me with the selection of jewelryy (which is amazing may I add, so many metal colour options and styles!), as well as being very happy to help me find some new dresses to add start my collection… that’s right, I hated wearing dresses till I found some here. Overall the store is fantastic, with so many styles for anyone looking for a more hippy/gothic/boho style! Can’t wait to go back:)

I had the pleasure of meeting Jess today at Culture Craze in Market Mall. She is a truly wonderful individual. Her demeanor was friendly and welcoming, and she was very personable. She offered excellent advice, both pertaining to my purchase and on other topics. My sincere thanks to Jess!

Love every time we come here, they always have the cutest jewelry and amazing customer service. Seriously love that they are inclusive as well and LGBT owned. Will never feel paid spending my money at any of their locations.
