So happy to find a therapy home that supports inclusion and celebrates diversity. Grateful for those who work toward breaking the stigma of mental health issues.
My child has been attending the Post Falls office for awhile now, and even with her therapist making a recent location change to the Boise office, the transition was incredibly smooth. The staff has been so helpful every step of the way, making sure we had everything we needed for changing to telehealth. They're always kind, professional, and truly care. I’m really thankful for the support they’ve provided and would absolutely recommend them to other families.
Great counselors...awful front office management, poor communication, difficult scheduling, hard to get in touch with anyone, and ongoing frustrations trying to get questions answered related to use of telehealth, navigating the portal, and scheduling.
Just like everyone else says. Just get on a waitlist somewhere else.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. Like other posts, sent final bill and wouldn't let me continue my scheduled sessions with therapist. Therapist was great and will be missed, however I will be finding a different counseling/therapy business that will make me feel welcome and appreciated!
