The staff are all really interesting people and they seem to have their hearts in the right place! however they are not given proper training so most of them are left scrambling and burnt out, which results in there not being a lot of empathy for the kids. quite a few of the supervisors don't have very clear definitions for what behavior looks like with a child so children tend to be punished very inconsistently which is not how evidence based aba works. they claim to be evidence based and the protocols they write seem fine ... read more
My 21 year old son recently aged put of cultivate. The progress he made during the 10+ years he was there has been remarkable. The knowledge, kindness, and patience of the clinical director, supervisors, and team have truly made a significant difference for my son and our family. Phenomenal ABA center with caring therapists. Kids thrive here!
Got a job at this facility and in the first week they kept sending me home then I got fired cause of absences. Obviously was not the company to start a career with!!
I have had my daughter in several different ABA centers in Colorado Springs, and have had the BEST experience at Cultivate. From our initial walk through, initial assessment, and parent teaching conferences, Erin has been a pleasure to work with. She has superior knowledge in all aspects of my daughters care.
