Welcoming , friendly, son actually wanted to be there , non judgmental, fun. All staff were friendly and excited to see him even if they were not directly working with him. Meetings were informative and relaxed. Accommodating, effective and creative solutions to goals and issues. Very nice about explaining what they were doing and any terms that may have been confusing in the aba practice. You feel seen and heard here.
