My stylist is named Laci and my first impression of her was heart warming and made it so easily for me to build rapport and taken the time to understand my needs on my hair journey. Laci was patient, understanding and considerate of exactly what I was looking for. My experience on my first initial deep conditioning and scalp treatment was amazing.
