Not impressed. I contacted Culpepper plumbing about fixing a leak under my kitchen sink and install a new faucet. They found the leak, fixed it and installed the new faucet. However, after they left I noticed one of the handles on the sink was backwards. I called them and the fellow that worked on it said there was nothing he could do. It was made to fit that way. So I ended up fixing the handle myself. The next day I noticed I still had a leak under the sink. This time, instead of calling again, I fixed that myself as well.... read more
great service I called on culpepper plumbing and they did a great job. they were very helpful in the information they gave explaining what they had done and they were very professional. the office personnel was very helpful as well and they all were very courteous. I would recommend culpepper to anyone looking for a great plumbing company. Also their pricing is really reasonable than most.
I called Culpepper Plumbing and made an appointment to fix a water line to my kitchen sink. I was told it would be a few hours before they could get someone to my house. The plumber showed up in a few hours. He was able to break and loosen the old shut-off valve that was frozen. He replaced it with a new shut-off valve. RecommendedOUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!!! Our hot water heater went out last night, water in drip pan. I called Culpepper this morning at 9am. Spoke with Jeff Rinderer. I was so worried our house would flood or gas was leaking. He immediately put my mind at ease. He came to my house within 45 minutes. Made sure water and gas was turned off properly and I was safe. I broke a pipe in my backyard water was going rverywhere, i called culpepper plumbing they were out real quick and the tech jason was friendly and got the job done quick. Thanks so much.
Office manager is overworked. I had to ask 3 times over 2 weeks for a follow up residential quote and still never got it. This use to be a great and reliable company. Not so much these days.
