I am not sure if this place is still open. I have called and left several messages. Not sure where to go from here. Our contract was done about 5 years ago and have not heard anything since.
I can’t get this man to call me back. Under contract but will not return call. I have no clue what to do.
I've been using Culpepper Pest Control since 2013 and think he does an awesome job. I had another company hired prior to Culpepper and they don't do nearly as much as he does. He knows what he is talking about and does his job well. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know. :)
Told me it was 30 days guaranteed to get rid of rat/mice problems, it has been over 3 months and have not caught ONE rat/mice. Caught nothing. Do not waste your money here, nothing guaranteed about this place.
If I could choose I would not have even given this place one star. I paid them to get rid of rodents problems, he, Mr. James, came by and set up traps and his traps caught not one thing. Told me he would guarantee his service. Months has past and rodent problem still occurred. When I explained to him that the problem was not fixed and nothing was caught from his traps.
