I would say this has been the worst professional experience I’ve had to date dealing with this practice. We are in a small family business, locally owned, and never once did they come to us after signing on to ‘help set up the business.’ They charged astronomical amounts to do our taxes and to keep our books, yet we have proof that they rarely balanced our books.
